We want you to love your jewelry. If a piece is not right for you, you can send it back.

14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or someone you name, receive the jewelry, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

How to return a piece

1. Tell us within the 14 days: email [email protected] with your order number and the pieces you are returning. A short message is enough, or you can use the form at the end of this page.
2. We reply with how to send the piece back: by courier, or by handing it to us at our pickup point in Limassol.
3. Send or bring the jewelry back within 14 days of telling us, well packed and, if you can, in its original box or pouch.

Please send it back unworn and in the condition you received it. You may look at a piece and try it on as you would in a shop, but if it comes back worn, damaged or with parts missing, we may deduct the loss of value from your refund.

Unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one, the cost of sending it back is yours.

Your refund

• We refund what you paid for the pieces you return and, if you return the whole order, what you paid for its standard delivery.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving your message. We may wait until the jewelry is back with us, or until you show us that you have sent it, whichever comes first.
• The refund goes back the way you paid: to your PayPal account or card for PayPal payments; for cash on delivery, by bank transfer to an account you give us.
• You pay no fees for the refund.

Faulty or not as described

If a piece arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. Under the legal guarantee, which lasts two years from delivery, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund, and we pay the cost of sending the piece back. This is in addition to your 14 days to change your mind.

Pieces that cannot be returned

A piece made or altered to your own request, for example to your measurements or with an engraving, cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
