Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Vivre Pearl at vivrepearl.com. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

1. Who we are

Vivre Pearl is the jewelry brand of Polina Vorontsova, a sole trader based in Cyprus, who sells everything in this shop. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Our jewelry

Most of our pieces are made with natural pearls. No two pearls are alike, so the color, shape, size and luster of the piece you receive may differ slightly from the photos. This is the nature of pearls, not a defect. We describe every piece as accurately as we can; if something is not right, tell us and we will put it right.

3. Ordering

Choose your pieces, then give your details, the delivery method and the payment method at checkout. Before you place the order you see everything you are buying, the delivery cost and the total. When you place the order we send you a confirmation by email; with that confirmation the contract between us is concluded.

If a piece turns out to be unavailable, or a price on the site was clearly wrong, we will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel; anything you have already paid for that piece is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros (€). Delivery costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you order. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order; later changes do not affect it.

You can pay:

• with PayPal - with your PayPal account, or with a card through PayPal, when you place the order;
• in cash on delivery - for pickup and for free delivery, when this option is offered at checkout.

Coupons apply on the conditions shown with them (for example dates or a minimum order), one per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Cyprus only:

• by ACS courier to your address. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, and delivery is free from the order amount shown in the cart;
• pickup at our meeting point in Limassol, at a time we arrange with you by phone.

We send your order as soon as we can and let you know by email when it is on its way, with the tracking number when there is one. Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of your order. The jewelry is yours, and at your risk, from the moment you or someone you name receives it.

6. Changing your mind

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our Returns and Refunds page explains how, and what is refunded.

7. If something is wrong

Every piece comes with the legal guarantee of conformity: if a piece is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund, as the law provides, for two years from delivery. Write to us at [email protected] with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We pay the cost of returning a faulty piece.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that could not be foreseen, or for the natural wear of jewelry with use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Photos and content

The photos, texts, logo and design of this site belong to Vivre Pearl. Please do not use them without our permission.

10. Your data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies we use in our Cookie Policy.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the consumer law of that country gives you. If you are unhappy with something, please write to us first: we will do our best to sort it out. You can also contact the Consumer Protection Service of Cyprus, or bring a claim before the courts of Cyprus or of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
